Directions
Start with one dropper-full and place under the tongue. Hold for 20-30 seconds before swishing around the mouth and swallowing. Iâve tried multiple CBD brands and most of them are okay. But they ALL tasted gross! Like dirt or even worse dirt with massive overpowering lemon or mint flavoring. Lemon dirt! Dr. Dabbâs tincture works great and doesnât taste bad. Barely a hint of coconut I assume is from the MCT oil. Way better product than all the others Iâve tried!

Iâm happy to report that I tried the drops and they helped me with better sleep. My back has been a problem for a long time and I constantly need to move and adjust to get comfortable, also I was worried about feeling groggy in the morning. Neither happened last night and I feel great!

I bought a bottle to help with recovery and inflammation and am really impressed with the results. Iâm running 40 plus miles and lifting twice a week. I feel better now using Relax than I did doing less mileage and weight without it! A dropper very night and Iâm good to go! Love their tag line too. Just a Dabb will do. LOL!

I used Relax to help recover after working out and for sleep for a few months and absolutely loved it. Then on a recommendation from a personal trainer I tried using it BEFORE my workouts. Itâs awesome! I donât get nearly as sore after heavy days and I recover way faster! I still use it at night and love it for sleep too. I really like this product. Donât bother with lower dose cheap junk. Dr. Dabbâs is the best!

I was pleasantly surprised after trying this and sleeping throughout the night for the first time in months. But still thought it just might be a fluke. For the past 10 years or so, my joints seem to be swollen consistently. My ankles have been a real problem and Iâm unable to rotate them because of all the scar tissue. Iâve been using Relax nightly to help with sleep for months. It totally helps and I LOVE the product. They even changed dropper recently and itâs easier to use and measure. I take a dropper full at night after brushing my teeth because I heard MCT oil is good for your gums. I know CBD helps with inflammation too. When I went to my dentist for a deep cleaning last week they were all impressed that I had no inflammation in my gums at all! I use a water pick but not religiously. Iâm convinced itâs Relax that is helping. A strange but welcomed side benefit!
